"Is Fair Housing Really Fair?"

3 Hours of Fair Housing Credits CD18142

The first fair housing laws were created in 1866 and extremely slow in developing with the times.  It wasn't until 1968 when the Fair Housing Act was passed.  We will cover the laws associated with Fair Housing at both a federal and state level. We will even throw in a twist with how your own biases may affect your practice.
